Promoted by the University of Florence in close collaboration with the UNESCO Transdisciplinary Chair in Human Development and Culture of Peace, the programme offered a dynamic and multidisciplinary learning experience through lectures, interactive workshops, and field activities at outstanding venues such as the Botanical Garden, the Museum of La Specola, and the Medici Park of Pratolino, as well as hands-on labs dedicated to building a portfolio of competences for sustainability and sustainable development.
In particular, the lecturers of the UNESCO Chair designed and coordinated a workshop that led to the creation of a complexity map, addressing the different dimensions of sustainability. Special thanks go to the professors and researchers of the University of Florence, as well as to the international experts involved, who made this week of cultural exchange and commitment to the planet possible.
